Easy crockpot sweet potato recipe (Photos)

Got a chicken in the oven? Make your baked sweet potatoes in the crockpot.

Crockpot Sweet Potatoes

• 3-4 sweet potatoes, depending on the size of your crockpot
• Butter or Margarine
• Cinnamon
• Sugar
• Honey or Maple Syrup, if desired

Set the crockpot on low.
Poke holes into sweet potatoes.
Place potatoes into crockpot, without water and cook for 6-8 hours.
Remove from crockpot, slice each potato open and fill with butter, cinnamon, sugar and honey or syrup.

For an extra treat, add mini marshmallows!

To keep it healthier, add cinnamon, nutmeg and honey.
