Dont you just love the crumb topping on a coffee cake? If so, try this easy coffee cake that is loaded with crumb topping.

Easy Coffee Cake

Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
cup milk
1 single serving container of apple sauce, 4 ounces
tsp cinnamon

Topping

9 tbsp margarine or butter, melted
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350.
Line an 8x8 pan with no stick foil.
Combine ingredients for cake in a bowl and mix with a wire whisk until free of large lumps.
Pour into lined baking dish.

Mix all ingredients for topping. Crumble over batter.
Bake for 50-60 minutes.
