Meatloaf made easy!

This is an easy and delicious recipe for meatloaf. The leftover meatloaf also makes delicious sandwiches. Does have a tendency to be real juicy so it would be a good idea to use a hamburger with low fat content.

Meatloaf

• 1 lbs ground beef
• cup crushed crackers
• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk
• 1 small onion diced
• cup diced green pepper
• 1 TBSP Worcestershire
• tsp dry mustard
• tsp pepper
• tsp sage
• 1 TBSP garlic
• Ketchup or BBQ sauce

Mix everything except ketchup in a bowl. Place in a loaf pan. Pour ketchup over the top and spread evenly. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Meatloaf Sandwiches

• 1 slab leftover meatloaf
• 1 slice cheddar cheese
• Bread slices of choice
• Mustard

Heat meatloaf in micro with the cheese on top. Place mustard on bread with the meat and you have a great next day sandwich.
