Easy Diploma Sandwiches

Fun for a graduate's party, these easy sandwiches can be made ahead and chilled. Thinly sliced ham, turkey, beef and cheese are other options for the filling. You may also use halves of 6 inch tortillas to make smaller "diplomas."

What You Need:

(Makes: 22 servings)

1 loaf (16 ounces) of thin white sandwich bread, crusts removed

2 cups of prepared ham, tuna or chicken salad

Whole chives or green onion tops

What to Do:

STEP 1) Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin.

STEP 2) Spread a rounded tablespoonful of ham, tune or chicken salad onto each slice of bread.

STEP 3) Gently roll the bread up; tie each with a whole chive or green onion.

STEP 4) Enjoy!
