Easy Pork Chop Caserole
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
You will need, thin cut boneless pork chops, can of mushroom soup, 1 package Uncle Ben's Wild Rice with Original Seasonings.
Put rice, seasoning packet, cream of mushroom soup, and 1 soup can of water ina caserole dish. Stir. Add prk chops to rice mixture pushing them under mixture.
Place caserole dish covered in a pre-heated oven for 45 minute. Remove cover for last 15 minutes in the oven.
Enjoy!
I usually serve a can of green beens as a side dish.
