Easy Cooking Recipes: Easy brownie recipe

These brownies are so easy to prepare. There is no mixer needed to make these brownies. These treats are chewy and moist, a sure hit to all who indulge!

Deanna's Easy Brownies

2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
cup brown sugar
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
5 tbsp margarine
1/2 tsp maple extract
cup flour, heaping
Pinch salt

Preheat oven to 325.

Line an 8x8 square pan with no-stick foil.

Cream sugars and eggs.

Melt butter and chips together in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Add extract.

Mix chocolate mix into egg and sugar mixture.

Add flour and salt. Mix until combined.

Pour mixture into pan.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

If you need them to cool quickly, remove from pan by lifting out foil (be careful, it may still be hot) onto a cutting board. Place entire board with brownies still in foil into the refrigerator until cool enough to cut.
