Easy chicken teriyaki recipe

This may be the easiest version of Teriyaki Chicken you have seen to date! This is a great weeknight recipe to make when you need something quick to eat. Preparation time is about 10 minutes and cooking time about 30.

The Teriyaki marinade called for in this recipe can be found in the grocery store near the BBQ sauces. Please see a list of grocery stores in the Raleigh area below for ideas on where to get your ingredients for this recipe.

Teriyaki Chicken

• 6 thin chicken breasts, defrosted and cut into bite sized pieces
• 1/4 cup Teriyaki marinade
• Lemon pepper seasoning

Preheat oven to 350.

Place chicken pieces into 9x13 baking dish.

Coat chicken with lemon pepper seasoning.

Pour marinade over spiced chicken and combine until well coated.

Sprinkle marinated chicken with lemon pepper seasoning.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Check chicken for doneness before serving.

Serve Teriyaki Chicken over rice, mashed poatoes or even oriental noodles!
